Members did a quick vote tonight to make Jeff Heubel the official tournament director, in place of Rob. All were in favor of this change.
*Tournament for May will be on the 21st.*
Old business:
Reminder that our spring 2 day tournament will be April 29th and May 1st on Sam Rayburn. Rooms are at the Bass Buster Inn. Bring weigh in locations and times for Rayburn to the April meeting.
We voted tonight on the TABC membership, we will not be joining this year.
New Business:
It was brought up to think about choosing to make a monetary donation to an animal shelter this year. (Instead of hauling many bags of dog/cat food, toys, beds ect.)
Marilyn has asked that everyone please save their plastic caps from bottles. Even the lids from most 5 gallon buckets can be brought in. She is taking up a collection and Caps of Love melts the lids down and make wheelchairs for disabled children.
Vice President Pete Trevino ended our meeting with another wonderful raffle!
Tight lines! Hope to see everyone at Austin,
Laurie
